We make every effort to check and test material at all stages of production, and we maintain reasonable website security measures. You must take your own precautions to ensure that the process which you employ for accessing this website does not expose you to the risk of viruses, malware, malicious computer code or other forms of interference which may damage your own computer system. It is always wise for you to run an up-to-date anti-virus program which checks inter alia on all material downloaded from the internet, and maintain a fully-functioning firewall.
We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or your computer system which may occur whilst using material derived from this website.

4. Website usage statistics

Information collected by us is used for internal scrutiny, and possibly for legally compulsory reporting purposes only. The information will be anonymized as far as possible, and should not contain information about any individual user (though IP addresses are used to process reports and are sometimes included in them). Information collected is not shared with other organisations for commercial purposes.

We ship to the whole of the UK and EU with only a handful of exceptions,

How We Ship

All of our products are shipped using DPD delivery services, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your purchase has been dispatched.

How Much Is Shipping

UK Shipping is charged at a flat rate.

International Shipping is calculated by weight and charged at standard Royal Mail rates

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase provided the item is unopened, due to health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of opened, or used bath or body products.  When wishing to return an item please contact us prior to returning the item, you can contact us via our contact us page.

  • The item must be RETURNED to us prior to any refund being arranged. 
  • The item must be returned to us in it's original condition, unopened, fully sealed, with any tags or labels attached, and in the original packaging
  • The item must be returned in a re-sellable condition. 
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us 
  • We cannot be held responsible for any items which are lost during return to us and therefore recommend that you use a trackable form of delivery such as recorded delivery, your local post office will be able to advise you on the most appropriate form of postage and any applicable insurance.
  • Any item found to have been used or soiled will be exempt from our returns policy.

Please note that personalised items, items made to order, can not be returned unless faulty.

Faulty items

We do inspect all items prior to dispatch, however in the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged we will provide a replacement item.  The replacement will only be dispatched once the faulty/damaged item has been returned to us and received.  Again please ensure that an appropriate trackable method of delivery is chosen via Royal mail.  We will refund the return postage costs in this instance.

Items sent in error

In the unlikely event that you are sent an item different to the one which you purchased then we will replace the item upon return of the item sent in error.  The replacement will only be dispatched once the wrong item has been returned to us and received.  Again please ensure that an appropriate trackable method of delivery is chosen via Royal Mail, we will refund the return postage costs in this instance.

  

Distance Selling Regulations and Your Right to Cancel

 

Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. Your cancellation rights expire 14 working days from the date you contact us or after 14 working days of receipt of the delivery. The distance selling regulations further specify when your cancellation rights expire. Cancellation is only deemed served if sent using one of the methods listed on our 'Contact Us' page.  Please note that items which are personalised and made to order such as our charm bracelets can not be cancelled once they have been made to your order.

Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we shall refund you in full as soon as possible, but in any event, no later than 30 days from receipt of your cancellation request.

When returning your item(s), it is important that you contact us beforehand (as stated above) and ensure that any items sent back are sent by a trackable delivery service. The cost of returning items to us is not refundable except in certain circumstances as detailed above when an item is faulty or sent in error.

Please note that items that have been made to your specifications or have been personalised for you may not be cancelled following order as they will have been made for you personally.  Those items can not be cancelled once the order has been placed and creation has commenced.

All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, Paypal. You should only provide your personal information to Paypal after reviewing the Paypal privacy policy (available at www.paypal.com). We will share information with Paypal only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website.

Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

You are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will not ask you for your password.
